Please either print or go and see Mr. De La Paz for your copy of the Salish Junior Boys Basketball Athletic Handbook. Once completed, please return the athletic handbook to Mr. De La Paz with all the sections filled out correctly and signed by your parents and teachers.
Once your (1) athletic handbook has been completed, (2) your Junior Boys Athletic fee ($1o0) is paid online or brought to the main office and (3) the uniform deposit ($100) have been given to Mr. De La Paz, you will receive your team jersey. Please make all cheques payable to Ecole Salish Secondary.
