Please either print or go and see Mr. De La Paz for your copy of the Salish Sr. Boys Athletic Handbook. Once completed, please return the athletic handbook to Mr. De La Paz with all the sections filled out correctly and signed by your parents and teachers.
Once your (1) athletic handbook has been completed and (2) your senior volleyball user fee has been processed online ($125) and uniform deposit ($100) have been paid to Mr. De La Paz, you will receive your team jersey (please make all uniform deposits payable to Ecole Salish Secondary and post dated for January 1st, 2020
